Atlantic Express began as a simple idea: take a real railway carriage, fit it out as a dining car, and park it for good in the heart of Sea Point. What started as a novelty has become a neighbourhood fixture, the kind of small, close-quartered room where regulars have a favourite booth and first-timers end up staying for dessert.
